We have a long tradition of excellent cooking, handed down from one generation to the next. Our grandfather always said where you eat well, you return, and this was our point of departure, and still guides us today in our choice of high quality ingredients. Our father always took great care choosing every one of our suppliers, who became our guarantee and security over the years. Over time, we developed close, trusting relationships and they now form part of our story.

An interview with Maître Rodolfo Guandalini:
I chose this profession with little awareness that you get from teenagers. Then I was a shy boy, but over time I purchased security and I realized how beautiful and rich relationships with others. I like to think that my job is a privileged, because it allows me to draw a smile and bring light to people on vacation or just traveling. We often hear "a hotel is not a home", but many of the structures in which I have worked have been for me here because I is pleasant welcome, advise and pamper my customers ... I wait for you to feel better.
MY NAME IS SABINA AND ON REQUEST
I am happy to prepare dishes for coeliacs or those with food intolerances.
Every day involves a lot of research and a great desire to please, creating simple but generous dishes which reflect the traditions of our local area. We prepare home-made pasta, and sauces using traditional recipes, also offering you the opportunity to buy them and take them home. Yes, we accidentally created our very own little “rosticceria”, because so many guests wanted to prolong the delights of their holiday!
And for your children, we offer very flexible meal-times, because we know that parents have to ensure both amusement and full stomachs!
An interview with the Chef:
I didn’t go into this type of work because I had a grandmother or aunt obsessed with cooking, but rather because my father said something very much in vogue at the time, “either you study or you work”, and I chose the second option. I like simple dishes which respect the flavour of the ingredients, and I also love the colours. Many thanks both to my Dad and to my friend Silighini, who taught me about life and about cooking.
PLEASED TO MEET YOU, I’M YOUR LOUNGE BAR
I’m an expert in aperitifs, in chatting and in summer gossip; and can transform a cocktail or a coffee into a happy social occasion! Every Sunday, I greet our guests with a welcome aperitif, and once a week we organise a live music evening at the hotel, and lay on a huge buffet with tempting desserts and chilled sparkling wine. I must admit, all of us have a lot of fun at every event and throughout every holiday, and so we’re always very keen to get together and enjoy the happy atmosphere.
