I started to get passionate about this job since I was a child watching my father create special dishes in his restaurant, dreaming one day of being able to do the same thing.I have worked in numerous hotels in various areas of Italy learning to know and use the best raw materials and local products for the preparation of the dishes and for their presentation.Sacrifice and constancy are the basis of my work.I leave the last word to my dishes, they will speak for me.
