Should I bring the baby food?
At our little guests' disposal everything they need from weaning onwards: vegetable and puree broths, homogenized products, flours and soups.
I am celiac. How are you organized?
In the hotel you can find gluten-free breakfast products and pasta. Available to help you and prepare the right foods for your needs.
How is the menu?
Choice between 4 first and 4 second courses as well as a list for the off-menu.
The table service is handled by the Maître Rodolfo and is à la carte.
Fish dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Appetizers and fresh seasonal vegetables are served buffet style.
Is the breakfast buffet? Is it included in the price of the overnight stay?
Breakfast is always included in the price of the overnight stay. Cakes, biscuits and pastries are prepared by our pastry chef.
There are also bio light corners, seasonal fruit, cold cuts and cheeses. The breakfast room has an outdoor area and an indoor area.
At what times are meals served?
Breakfast starts at 7.30. Entrance to the dining room from 12.30 to 14.00.
Possibility to have lunch on the beach until 15.30 with a choice of cold dishes, sandwiches and piadina, choice of hot first courses until 14.00.
Entrance hall for dinner from 19.30 to 21.00.
What is the password to access the Internet?
Access to the Wi-Fi network is free and the password to be entered is bellettinihotel.
To connect, it is necessary to choose the Bellettini Hotel network. Coverage is in the entire hotel!
Should I notify if I return late in the evening?
No problem we are here 24 hours a day.
Are there rooms accessible to disabled people?
The Bellettini Hotel has two large Deluxe rooms with a bathroom with a special shower but not with a handle.
SOME INFO AND MEASURES: the hotel and all services are also accessible by wheelchair. Elevator entrance door width 80 cm and depth 1.14 m.
In the room entrance door 80 cm + access to the bathroom before the step + maximum opening of the door to access the bathroom 66 cm. An inspection by the customer is preferable.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, but the temperature is also affected by the external weather conditions.
If I come on holiday by train or arrive by plane, how do I get to your hotel?
No problem, you just need to inform us about your arrival time and some details about the flight or train and we will organize the shuttle service for you free of charge.
The service is valid from / to Bologna and Rimini airport or from / to Cervia railway station.
How does your animation service work?
From Monday to Friday meeting on the beach from 16 to 18 where our animator welcomes and involves your children in workshops of construction, invention, design and team games.
Every Wednesday workshop of piadina "Mani in pasta!" During lunch and dinner times in the children's area of the hotel the animation entertains children with many ideas, stories and jobs. Weekly evening shows with magicians, jugglers and storytellers.
I saw a children's area near the bar, how can I use it?
You can freely access this small area every day with your child using the material.
How does the babysitting service work?
The service is on request and for a fee and you just have to contact the reception.
Do you accept pets?
Here at the Bellettini Hotel, small pets are welcome by respecting a few simple rules: possibility to access the room, the breakfast terrace and the hall with you, but not to pass near the buffet or areas where there is food.
It is not allowed to pass through the restaurant, swimming pool, wellness area and beach. Possibility to request special towels and sheets. In the event that a further review is necessary in the room, please notify the reception. Please keep your dog on a leash.
Have you got the dog sitter service? How does it work?
Paolo is our trusted dog sitter. You can use this service during your vacation to dedicate a few hours to your dog and improve the relationship with him thanks to the valid advice of the dog trainer, or if you want some free time, you can entrust it to him in complete tranquility.
I need to wash some clothes, what can I do?
Can I just have some ironed? In the room, inside the wardrobe there is a white envelope for the laundry service. Simply insert your garments inside and write the room number and the requested service on the outside of the envelope.
Is there a Golf Club here in Milano Marittima?
The Adriatic Golf Club Cervia is just 3 minutes from our hotel. Mr. Bellettini is one of the founding fathers of golf and for this reason we have excellent rates for green fees. In the hotel you will find the bag deposit and all the assistance to book your field throughout the Emilia Romagna circuit.
Where is the gym affiliated with the hotel?
All our guests can attend for free the weight room of the FBI gym in Milano Marittima as well as numerous courses.
It is located on the 1st street near the Golf Club. It can be reached on foot along a suggestive path in the middle of the pine forest or in 3 minutes using the bicycle. To access the gym you need our completed ticket.
I would like to play tennis but I can't find a partner.
Dear guest, no problem! We have a setter and tennis teacher with whom you can arrange lessons for both adults and children.
I am on holiday but I would like to advance my child in some subjects that gave him difficulties during the school year. What can I do?
The Bellettini Hotel knows a team of teachers with whom we have already collaborated for years, who will be able to help your child in any subject from school to university level: mathematics, Latin, Italian, English, German, Spanish, Russian, etc. etc.
This opportunity is also valid for adults who want to improve their knowledge of a foreign language for work reasons or for their own personal interest.
How can I get sun beds and umbrellas?
By handing over the voucher to the beach bar.
Do we have to bring beach towels?
